Mr. Roen A. Terrell age 79 of Salem passed away Monday, June 11 at his home.
Mr. Terrell was born October 3, 1932 in Washington County the son of Oscar and Dola Rodman Terrell. He retired from Norfolk Southern Railroad in 1992. He was a member of United Pentecostal Church in Scottsburg.
He is survived by his wife: Lena Copeland Terrell. They were married August 8, 1951. He is also survived by two sons: Terry Terrell (Linda) of Oxford, Alabama and Tony Terrell of Salem, two daughters: Trudy Jester (Ken) of Salem and Telicia Boggess (Jerry) of Charles Town, West Virginia, a brother: Glenton Terrell of Salem, a sister: Bonnie Stewart of Pekin, 7 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter: Trina Louise Terrell in 1956.
