My thoughts and prayers are with her family members and I knew Ellen when I joined the Muncie Pilot Club back in 2000. She was a very nice and well respected lady. Her knowledge was very important for our club and she will be missed dearly.

I've known Ellen for 64 years. I worked for her as a student in the Lucina Dining Service at Ball State. I later worked for Ball State for 40 years and worked with her as a colleague. I was on the negotiating committee with her. She was on the trip with Mary Anna Shafer to New York that my wife and I took. She was a dedicated, professional leader and a special lady. I greatly admired her and am saddened by her passing.
