Adrienne Caroline (Wingler) Jones

Adrienne Caroline Jones age 96 of Salem passed away Sunday, May 29 at St. Vincent Hospital in Salem. Mrs. Jones was born December 29, 1919 in Texhoma, Oklahoma the daughter of Heber Leroy and Nellie Fern Hunter Wingler.  She was a homemaker.  She was a member of First Christian Church of Salem and World War 1 Ladies Auxiliary. She was preceded in death by her husband:  Arthur C. Jones in 1944, two brothers:  Victor and Roger Wingler and her sister:  Bernice Wingler and her parents.  She is survived by a son:  Carl Jones of Salem, Barbara Ramsby of Salem, Martha Hensley of Ocean Springs, Mississippi and Valarie Prather of Casper, Wyoming, 13 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 4 at Salem First Christian Church.
