Allen "Big O" W. Brewer

Allen “Big O” W. Brewer age 56 of Salem passed away Saturday, June 9 at his home.

Mr. Brewer was born June 9, 1962 in Salem the son of Lowell Leon Brewer and Polly Jean Sumpter Sabens. He graduated from Salem High School Class of 1980. He worked at ACBL Barge Lines as a first mate, and was Baptist by faith.

Allen “Big O” is survived by a sister: Lisa Backus husband David of Salem. He is preceded in death by a brother: Tim Brewer and his parents.

Visitation will be held Thursday from 3:00-7:00 PM at Weathers Funeral Home. Cremation was chosen there will be a graveside service at Claysville Cemetery at a later date.
