Ashley Lorenza Villa, age 42 of Salem, passed away on Friday, July 17, 2026 at home.

Ashley was born February 14, 1984 in Columbus, Indiana, the daughter of Raul Villa (Kathy) and Beth Jones Mullis (Howard). Ashley enjoyed cooking, sitting on her porch and reading or scrolling TikTok's, thrifting, going to garage sales, listening to music and spending time with her family. She was a helper who made people feel seen and loved and she was a problem solver. She loved her dog Nala, and loved taking late night rides with her sister, Autumn and her dog. 

Ashley is survived by her daughters, Kaelie Littrell of Lafayette, Indiana (Casey Hand) and Jasmine Hester of Franklin, Indiana and her son, Mason Dwenger of Salem. She is survived by her partner, Eric Hester. She is also survived by her siblings, Autumn Villa (Aaron Knopp) of Salem, David Villa of Salem, Amber Villa of Columbus and Leticia Villa of Indianapolis. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Colson and Khyler Hand and her nephew Jaxon Knopp and many other nieces and nephews.

She is preceded by the loving man who helped raise her, David Villa Sr. 

A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 7, 2026 at 1:00P.M with a visitation from 10:00A.M until the time of service.
