Mr. Barry Wade Hacker, age 62, of Salem, passed away Wednesday, September 16 at his home.
Mr. Hacker was born September 27, 1957 in Salem, Indiana the son of Ben and Anna Louise Fisher Hacker. He was a supervisor for MPP in Campbellsburg. He was an Army veteran of the 101st Airborne Division out of Fort Campbell, Kentucky, and a member of American Legion in Salem. He was also a member of Pekin First Baptist Church.
Barry is survived by his wife: Tina Thompson Hacker. They were married October 11, 1986. He is also survived by a son: Jordan Hacker of Salem, three daughters: Kazi Skinner (Chris) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Brittany Nolan (Michael) of Seymour, and Alexandria Hacker of Salem, a brother: Bennie Hacker of Pekin, and 6 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2PM at Weathers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery with military honors. Visitation will be Friday from 4-8PM at Pekin First Baptist Church and Saturday from 1-2PM at Weathers Funeral Home.
