Charles "Brian" Carter, age 58 of Salem passed away on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at Meadowview.
Mr. Carter was born March 8, 1967 in Salem, the son of Charles Gene Carter and Annita Smith Carter.
Mr. Carter is survived by his mother, Annita Carter, his brother, Bradley Carter of Salem, his sister, Tina Carter of Salem, his nephew, Josh Carter of Salem, his niece Justina Bierly of salem and 6 great nieces and nephews.
Mr. Carter is preceded in death by his father.
Services will be held on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at 1:00p.m at Weathers Funeral Home. Visitation will be on Tuesday, from 11:00a.m until the time of service. Burial will follow immidately after the funeral at Crown Hill Cemetery.
