Charles William White

Mr. Charles William White age 55 of Salem passed away Sunday, December 17 at his home.

Mr. White was born June 23, 1962 in Salem the son of Robert and Norma Witt White.  He was a truck driver.

He is survived by his companion:  Rhonda Smith of Salem, three sons:  Jason White (Casey) of Salem, Jesse White of Hardinsburg, and Josh Smith of Salem, a daughter:  Becki Routson (John) of Salem, three sisters:  Carla Lewandowski and Sheila Tatlock both of Salem and Kay Brown of Campbellsburg, and 6 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11:00AM at Weathers Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Livonia Cemetery.  Visitation will be Tuesday from 4-8PM and Wednesday from 9AM-time of service.
