Dale Shoup

Mr. Dale Shoup, age 97, of Palmyra passed away Sunday, May 13 at Harrison Springs in Corydon.

Mr. Shoup was born October 2, 1920 in Middlebury, Indiana the son of Earl and Dorothy Coffman Shoup.  He was a member of Jehovah’s Witnesses.  He held a Doctorate degree in Jurisprudence and was a Lawyer.  He was a World War II Army veteran.

He was preceded in death by his wife:  Louise Shoup, a son:  Dennis Shoup, two  sisters:  Kitty Shoup, and Darline Kazenecki, a brother:  Tommy Shoup and his parents.  He is survived by his daughter:  Diana Shoup of Palmyra, a daughter-in-law: Debra Shoup, and several grandchildren.

Cremation was chosen and there will be no services.
