David Martin "Marty" Perkins

Mr. David Martin “Marty” Perkins, age 77, of Salem, passed away, Wednesday, December 20 at his home.

Mr. Perkins was born January 5, 1946 in Kentucky the son of David G. Perkins and Gladys Myrtle Steel Burris. He was a retired X-Ray Technician and repaired golf carts.

Marty is survived by a son: Martin Lee Roy Whitehead of Palm Bay, Florida, a daughter: Michelle Lafayette of Palm Bay, Florida, and 3 granddaughters.

He is preceded in death by two brothers: Wayne Perkins and Max Perkins and his parents.

Cremation was chosen there will be no services.
