Deborah L. Keltner

Deborah “Debbie” L. Keltner, 61, passed away April 4, 2023, at her home in Vallonia Indiana.

Mrs. Keltner was born May 9, 1961 in South Carolina. She is the daughter of Ami Gibbons and Marceen Taylor Gibbons. She was a hairstylist and a member of the Westview Christian Church.

Debbie is survived by her husband Clifton Keltner, her son Zackery Keltner of Salem and her daughter Jessica Lloyd of Salem.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ami Gibbons and Marceen Taylor Gibbons, a brother, Alan Gibbons and an infant sister.

Cremation was chosen and there will be no services at this time.
