Dedera "Dede" England, age 81 of Salem, passed away peacefully at her residence on Thursday, September 24, 2026. Born on December 18, 1944 to Victor Gilstrap and Bertha Gilstrap.

Surviving to cherish her memory is her son, Tad England; daughter, Tammy Motsinger (Steven); sister, Jaulita Walther (Chris); 7 grandchildren, Dakoda England, Stevie Motsinger (Whitney), Seth Motsinger, W.K. Goen, Josh Motsinger (Jill), Lindsey Brough (Brandon) and Kacie Kauffman (Joel); 11 Great Grandchildren and Lifelong friend, Frenchie Pennington.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her son, Bobby England; brothers, Jesse Gilstrap and Jeff Gilstrap and sister, Vickie Weidman.

Funeral Services for Dede will be held on Monday, September 28, 2026 at 2:00pm at Weathers Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 10:00am until the time of service also at the funeral home. Burial will immediately follow at Franklin Cemetery.
