Denise L. Worman-Hancock

Denise L. Worman-Hancock (Penny), age 64 of Pekin, IN, passed away July 7, 2024 at Baptist Health Hospital in Louisville, KY. 

Denise was born August 19, 1959, in Salem, IN the daughter of James F and Opal Worman.

Denise was a widow and homemaker. She enjoyed spending time with grandkids and family, going shopping and out to eat.

Denise is survived by her son, Shane Kays of Pekin, IN, her daughter Tonya (Raymond) Wilson of Pekin, IN, eight grandchildren, one great grandchild, four sisters: Joyce (Bobby) Lemarr of Pekin, Janet (Gary) Roop of Campbellsburg, Diana (Leo) Elrod of Pekin, Darlene (Mark) Pixley of Pekin and one brother Mark (Denise) Worman of South Boston.

Denise is preceded in death by her parents, James F. and Opal Worman, her twin sister Donna Worman, her husband, Danny Hancock Sr. and her son Danny Hancock II.

Services will be held on Friday, July 12 at 1:00P.M at Weathers Funeral Home. Visitation will take place from 10:00A.M until the time of service also at the funeral home.
