Dinah Cook, age 72, of Salem, passed away at Baptist East in Louisville on Saturday, October 4, 2026. Dinah was born on March 22, 1954, to Arthur Davis and Cyrene Davis.

Dinah enjoyed many things in life, especially going yard selling and antiquing. She loved taking on DIY sewing projects and furniture projects, always finding joy in creating something new or giving something a fresh purpose.

Surviving to cherish her memory are her sons, Bradley Floyd (Jennifer) of Elkhart, IN, and Timothy Floyd of Salem; two brothers, Gary Davis of Salem and Aaron Davis (Lori) of Salem; four grandchildren, Jenna Floyd of Salem, Nathaniel Floyd of Kendallville, IN, Noah Floyd of Fort Wayne, IN, and Timmie Floyd of Salem; and sister-in-law, Gloria Cook of Salem.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, George Cook.

Memorial Services for Dinah will be held on Friday, October 9, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. at Weathers Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service also at the Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers the family ask that memorial contributions be made to Weathers Funeral Home to assist with the Funeral Expense.
