Donald W. Morris, age 72 of Salem passed away on Sunday, May 24, 2026, in his home.

Mr. Morris was born May 1,1954, in Salem, the son of Irvin Leon Morris and Hazel Brown Morris. He was a member of the Canton Christian Church.

Mr. Morris is survived by his sons, Brian Morris of Salem, Indiana, Michael Morris (Kirstin) of Salem, Indiana, Joseph Gibson (Jesi) of New Albany, Indiana and Chris Gibson (Jessica) of Warrensburg, Missouri. He is also survived by his sisters, Paula King of Salem, Indiana, Pam Morris of Salem, Indiana and eight grandchildren.

Mr. Morris is preceded in death by his daughter, Brittany Morris and his parents.

Services will be held on Thursday, May 28 at 2:00P.M. at Weathers Funeral Home. Visitation will also be on Thursday, from 11:00A.M. until the time of service, with burial taking place at Crown Hill Cemetery following the services.
