Donna Mae (Greenwood) Barnard

Mrs. Donna Mae Barnard age 80 of Salem passed away Tuesday, October 9 at her home.

Mrs. Barnard was born March 22, 1938 in Plainville, Indiana the daughter of Estil and Alice Ayres Greenwood.  She was a homemaker and a member of Mt. Tabor Christian Church.

Donna is survived by her husband:  Joe Barnard.  They were married June 29, 1957.  She is also survived by four daughters:  Beverly Sweeney (Rodney) of Salem, Joanne Stout (Gary) of Salem, Brenda Castueras (Gli) of Salem, and Nyoka Whisenant of Salem, a brother:  Bill Jenkins of Indianapolis, three sisters:  Margaret Autry of Indianapolis, Betty Johnson of Indianapolis, and Mary Lou Tarter of Indianapolis, 8 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother:  Carl Greenwood, a sister:  Daisy Jenkins and her parents.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 11:00AM at Weathers Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery.  Visitation will be Thursday from 4-8PM and Friday from 9AM-time of service.
