George Robert "Bobby" Muench, age 18 of Campbellsburg, passed away on Monday, August 3, 2026 at IU Bloomington Hospital.

Bobby was born February 22, 2008 in Indianapolis, the son of Michael Muench and Nicole Dewar. He was a student at Equus Flight Academy. Bobby loved all creatures, moths and frogs being his favorite. He was good with his hands and loved restoring cars. He was an avid drift race fan and you would rarely find him without his headphones on listening to music.

Bobby is survived by his parents, step parents, Michael Dewar and Michele Muench, his sister, Andrea Mae Gutter of Bloomington and his step-siblings, Michael Dewar Jr. of Carmel, Abigail Dewar of Campbellsburg and Sam of Naponi, IN. He is also survived by his grandparents, Terrell Zollinger (Johnnie) of Campbellsburg and Jack Muench (Christine) of Louisiana.

The family has asked that donations be made to an orchard being created in his name, Bobby's Orchard, made payable to his mother. Donations can be mailed to the funeral home at 106 S Shelby St., Salem, IN 47167.

Cremation was chosen and there will be no services at this time.
