Iila M. Cook age 89 of Salem passed away Wednesday, January 8 at Meadow View Health Care Center.
Iila was born November 1, 1924 in Indiana the daughter of Ernest and Katherine Smith.
She is survived by her son: John Wilson of Louisville, Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her husband, three brothers: Marvin, Everett and Jake Smith and her parents.
There will be no visitation or services.
