Mrs. Irene Ruth Gresham age 99 of Salem passed away Saturday, December 8 at 3:15AM at Salem Crossing.
Mrs. Gresham was born September 19, 1913 in Oklahoma the daughter of Lawrence and Effie Zink Criswell. She was a homemaker and retired cook for West Washington High School. She was a member of Kansas Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Kenneth Huff in 1964. She then married Graydon Gresham and he also preceded her in death in 1991. She was also preceded in death by a son: Jackie Lee Huff, a sister: Zola Setser and her parents. She is survived by a son: Jerry D. Huff of Pekin, four grandchildren: Laura C. Thompson, Jacqueline Buick, Laura C. Thompson and Taylor N. Anderson, and 7 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 2:00PM at Weathers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Kansas Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 4-8PM and Tuesday from Noon-2PM.
