James E. Sumner passed away April 19, 2025 at Meadow View Nursing Home. He was born September 23, 1951 in Leavenworth, Indiana, to Dennis and Stella Sumner.
He is survived by his sisters, Fannie Motsinger and Jo Paris of Salem and Vickie Hall of Scottsburg.
He is preceded by his parents, Dennis and Stella Sumner and his two brothers, Paul and Glynn Sumner.
There will be no services. Burial will take place at Palmyra Cemetery.
