Jerry Dale Harrold, age 78 of Salem, passed away on Monday, November 2, 2026 at Norton Hospital in Louisville.

Mr. Harrold was born December 26, 1947 in Salem, the son of Russell E. Harrold and Hazel Dowling Harrold. He was a member of the Eastview Church of Christ where he served as a Deacon. For work, Mr. Harrold was an Agricultural Mechanic and Mr. Harrold was a United States Army Veteran, where he served for one year in Vietnam.

Mr. Harrold is survived by his wife, Wanda Harrold. He is also survived by his son, Greg Harrold (Amber) of Salem, his daughter, Becky Parkhurst (Jason) of Carmel, grandchildren, Keegan Parkhurst (Sarah) of Vancouver, Cade Parkhurst (Maggie) of Fishers and Logan Parkhurst of Carmel. He is also survived by his brother, Marvin Harrold of Saltillo and his sister, Judy Johnson (Jim) of Saltillo.

Mr. Harrold is preceded in death by his parents and his sisters, Dorothy and Helen.

Services will be held on Monday, November 9, 2026 at 2:00P.M at Weathers Funeral Home officiated by Aric Russell. Visitation will be held from 10:00A.M until the time of service at the funeral home, with burial following immediately after at Crown Hill Cemetery.
