Mr. Jerry W. Knight age 75 of Salem passed away Sunday, March 1 at Salem Crossing.
Mr. Knight was born July 20, 1939 in Washington County, Indiana the son of Clyde and Carolina (Catty) Huckleberry Knight. He was a retired employee of International Harvester and a bartender for the former Silver Lantern in Fredericksburg.
Jerry is survived by his son: Joey Knight (Wanda) of Salem, two brothers: Tommy Knight of Palmyra and Randall Lee Knight of Michigan, a sister: Peggy Buckmaster of Gary, Indiana. He was preceded in death by two sons: Jerry Knight Jr. and Jeffrey A. Knight, three brothers: Clyde Jr., Glen and Bob, two sisters: Violet and Maxine and his parents.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1:00PM at Weathers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 11AM-time of service.
