Mr. Jerry A. Maudlin age 76 of Pekin passed away Thursday, September 21 at his home.
Mr. Maudlin was born April 18, 1941 in Washington County, Indiana the son of James Maudlin and Emma Grace Lamb Maudlin Wineinger. He was a member of the Pekin Church of Christ, East Washington Lions Club and was involved in various community organizations. He received his professional engineer license in 1973 and was a retired mechanical engineer for Vogt Power International.
Jerry is survived by his wife: Sharron Fisher Maudlin of Pekin. They were married November 18, 1961. He is also survived by two sons: Timothy Maudlin (Mary Beth) of Pekin and Mark Maudlin (Lynn) of Pekin, a daughter: Rhonda Higginbotham (Trent) of Pekin, five grandchildren: Amber, Courtney, Logan, Jonathan, and Andrew.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11:00AM at Weathers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 4-8PM and Tuesday from 9AM-time of service.
