Karen Elaine (Stewart) Hobbs

Mrs. Karen Elaine Hobbs, age 69, of Salem, passed away Friday, November 27 at Baptist Health Floyd Hospital.

Mrs. Hobbs was born July 20, 1951 in Salem the daughter of Robert and Doris Oliver Stewart.  She was a hairdresser and a member of New Hope United Methodist Church.

Karen was preceded in death by her husband:  Rollan Hobbs, an infant son:  Brian Scott Hobbs, and her parents.

She is survived by a son:  Adam Hobbs (Brittany) of Salem, a daughter:  Britoni Stepro (Kevin) of Salem, a sister:  Diane Craig of Mitchell, and four grandchildren:  Jake, Austin, Ty, and Kynlee.

Cremation was chosen.
