Larry D King

Mr. Larry D. King, age 42, of Salem, passed away Wednesday, February 2 at his home.

Mr. King was born April 12, 1979, in Salem the son of Dale Ervin and Paula Morris King. He was retired from the Indiana National Guard and had served in Iraq.  He was an employee of Ntirety in Louisville and was a member of VFW.

Larry is survived by his wife:  Christina Brinley King of Salem, three children:  Joseph Tyler Brinley of Salem, Christa Hortenberry of Radcliff, Kentucky, and Brenden M. Brinley of Salem, his mother:  Paula King of Salem, his sister:  Ingrid Ruiz (Pablo) of Greenwood and two nephews:  Zachary Ruiz and Josh Ruiz both of Greenwood.  He was preceded in death by his father:  Dale Ervin King in 2012.

Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1PM at Weathers Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery with military honors.  Visitation will be Wednesday from 4:30-8PM and Thursday from 9AM-time of service.
