Larry Wayne Lewis

Larry Wayne Lewis, age 49 of Salem, passed away on Tuesday, May 6 at his home.

Mr. Lewis was born September 14, 1975 in Salem. The son of Jerry Lewis and Deborah Valaningham Lewis. Larry was a member of Southern Hills Church.

Mr. Lewis is survived by his son, Hayden Xavier Lewis of Martinsburg, his parents Jerry and Deborah, his sister Paula Lynn Lewis of Bardstown KY, his uncle Roy Vanlaningham, aunt Suzy Hampton, Aunt Rita Lewis, uncle Nub Lewis, aunt Brenda Brown, many cousins and special friends that he considered family.

Mr. Lewis is preceded in death by his brother, Bret Hammond.

Cremation was chosen, a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
