Mr. Leroy Kent Rippy age 77 of Pekin passed away Monday. September 5 at Floyd Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Rippy was born July 7, 1934 in Washington County, Indiana the son of Carl and Birdie Rippy. He was retired owner of Rippy Body Shop and a member of Southern Indiana R.C. Modelers Club.
He was preceded in death by his wife: Carole Rippy on July 3, 2003 and his parents.
He is survived by a son: Michael Rippy of Salem, two daughters: Debra Young of Leavenworth, Indiana and Myra Rippy of Tupelo, Mississippi, a sister: Nancy Thomas of Louisville, 7 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
