Mary Ann Shuler age 45 of Salem passed away Wednesday, November 5 at 11:58AM at St. Vincent Hospital of Salem.
Mary Ann was born April 14, 1969 in Scottsburg, Indiana the daughter of Dallas and Annette Apple. She was a Christian. She was a former employee of Schwan’s Frozen Foods and Hampton Inn in Scottsburg.
She is survived by her children: Jacob Stevens of Brownstown, Faith and Hope Adams both of Salem, a step-son: Michael Adams of Nevada, two step daughters: Desiree Adams of North Vernon and Crystal Miller of Salem, a brother: Anthony Shuler of Lexington, Indiana, a sister: Sandy Barrett of Austin, a step-brother: Nick Apple of Jeffersonville, her parents: Dallas and Annette Apple of Salem,3 grandchildren: Blakelynn Stevens, Gabriel and Charity McFelea and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, November 12 at 6:00PM at Weathers Funeral Home. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4-6PM at the funeral home. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery at a later date.
