Melody was born December 21, 1959, in Texas.
She is survived by her sons: Cody Smith and Nick Smith both of Salem, two brothers: Michael Blakley and Mark Blakley both of Arizona, a sister: Sandy Blakley of Arizona, her significant other: Larry Anderson of Orleans, and 4 grandchildren.
Cremation was chosen per Melody’s wishes.
