Michael "Duff" Scott Fultz, age 59 of Salem passed away May 23,2025 at Baptist Health Floyd.
Mr. Fultz was born September 10, 1965, in Salem, the son of Randall Fultz and Barbara Hasty Gilstrap. He was a member of VFW #6636 and American Legion Post #41. Micheal was a former forklift driver for KYB in Franklin, Indiana.
Mr. Fultz is survived by two daughters, Alley Kate Gibson of Pekin and Lilly Lee Applegate (Andrew) of Lexington, Indiana. Four grandchildren, Rayleigh, Phoenix, Raymond, and Clayton. Three brothers, Randall Darrell Fultz Jr. (Shelia) of Salem, Richard Wayne Fultz (Heather) of Salem, and Jonathon Spencer Gilstrap (Ashley) of Salem. A sister, Tanja Sue Ramsby (Corey) of O'Fallon, Illinois. He is also survived by his stepmother, Carolyn Fultz of Salem and his beloved dog, Lobo.
Mr. Fultz is preceded in death by his parents, two grandchildren, Ayden and Wrenleigh, and a sister, Newlona Myle Carter.
Cremation was chosen. Per Mike's request there will be no funeral service. A private celebration of life was held on June 1, for immediate family and friends. A private graveside service will be held at a later date, as well as a community celebration of life. Please watch the social media pages of his family, for later dates. When you see a wolf, drink a cold beer or are enjoying the outdoors, always smile and remember our beloved "Duff" and he will always be loved, but never forgotten.
