Mr. Michael H. Hensley age 48 of Salem passed away Sunday, November 24 at 3:00AM at his home.
Mr. Hensley was born April 18, 1965 in Washington County, Indiana the son of George and Alice Evaline Hensley. He was a disabled employee of Kimball's. He was a member of Paoli Wesleyan Church. He was a Desert Storm Air Force veteran.
He is survived by his wife: Lavonne Anderson Hensley of Salem, two sons: Benjamin Ray Manship of Hardinsburg and Isaiah Jerel Manship of Paoli, three daughters: Jessie Elizabeth Manship of New Albany, Amber Dawn Manship of Orleans and Tarrah Marie Hensley of Fort Wayne, his mother: Alice Hensley of Salem, two sisters: Jenny Pumphrey of Austin and Christina Farmer of New Salisbury, and 15 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father: George Hensley.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11:00AM at Paoli Wesleyan Church. Burial will follow in Horner's Chapel Cemetery with military honors. Visitation will be Monday from 4-8PM at Weathers Funeral Home and Tuesday from 10Am-time of service at the church.
