Moriah was born December 10, 1991 the daughter of Jack and Michelle Lee Brough. She was a homemaker and a member of Life Tabernacle Church.
She is survived by her daughter: Angel Babcock of Pekin, her father: Jack Brough of Pekin, a brother: Josh Brough of Jacksonville, Florida, two sisters: Kendra Brough of Louisville, Kentucky and Jayla Brough of Pekin and her grandmother: Ruth Hardin of Paoli. She was preceded in death by her mother.
