Mrs. Paula Jo Sparkman age 72 of Salem passed away Tuesday, April 21 in 9:20AM at St. Vincent Hospital of Salem.
Mrs. Sparkman was born May 24, 1942 in Ireland, West Virginia the daughter of Paul Loudin and Marjorie Bean Loudin Smiley. She was a retired employee of Tecumseh and a member of Mill Creek Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Greene Sparkman, her son: Tommy Sparkman, her brother: Keith Loudin and her parents. She is survived by her son: John Paul Sparkman (Angela) of Salem, and three daughters: Candance Collins of Marengo, Terri Wingler and Jobi Sparkman both of Salem, two brothers: Larry Loudin of Buckhannon, West Virginia and Dave Loudin of Ireland, West Virginia, three sisters: Diana Hess of Buckhannon, West Virginia, Tammy Englet of Montana and Pam Hall of Weston, West Virginia, 18 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11:00AM at Weathers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Franklin Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4-8PM and Thursday from 9AM-time of service.
