Robert Bill Cole

Mr. Robert "Bill" William Cole age 80 of Salem passed away Wednesday, August 31 at his home. Mr. Cole was born August 19, 1936 in Washington County, Indiana the son of Eli Cole Sr. and Lillian Wheat Cole.  He was a self employed mechanic and a retired truck driver for Tecumseh Products.  He was a charter member of the Moose Lodge.  He is survived by his wife:  Nona Nice Cole.  They were married August 8, 1964.  He is also survived by two sons:  Tony Cole (Jane) of English and Keith Cole (Melisa) of Campbellsburg, four daughters:  Kim Misamore (Harry) of Salem, Janet Bissell (John) of Duluth, Minnesota, Jodi Cole of Salem and Beth Fordyce (Scotty Nelson) of Salem, three brothers:  Jimmy Cole of Salem, Ray Cole of Salem and Tommy Cole of Orleans, two sisters:  Linda Dotson and Sharon Allen of Campbellsburg, 16 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by a daughter:  Belinda Karnes, six brothers:  Leo, Marvin, Norman, Eli Jr., Larry and David Cole, a sister:  Evelyn Cole and his parents.
