Robert Howard Mazuch

Mr. Robert Howard Mazuch age 67 of Salem passed away Wednesday, January 24 at Hillcrest Village in Jeffersonville.

Mr. Mazuch was born January 29, 1950 in Kansas City, Missouri the son of Carminelo and Helen Lura Swank Mazuch.  He was an IU alum and an RN for the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

He is survived by three sons:  Robert Mazuch (Jennifer) of Salem, Clayton Mazuch (Mallory) and Turner Mazuch both of Jeffersonville, three daughters:  Hannah Williams (Spencer) of Henryville, Sherry Vance of Salem and Ashley Duratovich of Jeffersonville, three brothers:  Jim Barr of Kansas City, Missouri and Dana Hazzard and Mark Lemond both of Oklahoma, six sisters:  Deborah Quador of Kansas City, Missouri, Lisa Shoemaker of Oklahoma, Linda Dohmann of Texas, Nancy Prater of Pekin, Kathi Bacon of Corydon and Terry Williams of Oklahoma, and 12 grandchildren including:  Jerrod, Jordan Ann, Savannah, Brendan.
