Robert H Rutherford

Mr. Robert H. Rutherford age 85 of Cambpellsburg passed away Tuesday, December 18 at 8:15PM at Salem Crossing.

Mr. Rutherford was born July 26, 1927 in Washington County the son of Robert Scott and Mabel Pearl Clipp Rutherford.  He was a retired truck driver and farmer.  He was a member of Lost River Missionary Baptist Church, Order of Eastern Star #258, and a 50 year member of Rob Morris Masonic Lodge #282.  He was a former member of Tri-County Tractor Association.

He is survived by his wife:  Mary Frances Owsley Rutherford.  They were married January 30, 1949.  He is also survived by two sons:  Larry Scott Rutherford (Deborah) of Pekin and Lynn Rutherford of Salem, two daughters:  Karen Robbins (Jerry) and Jarita Spaulding (Larry) both of Salem, 10 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister:  Margaret Louise Rutherford.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1:00PM at Weathers Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Claysville Cemetery.  Visitation will be Friday from 4-8PM and Saturday from 9AM-time of service.  Masonic services will be held Friday at 7:00PM at the funeral home.
