Roy L. Thomas

Roy L. Thomas, age 76 of Campbellsburg, passed away on Sunday, March 8, 2026 at Paoli Health and Living.

Mr. Thomas was born January 27, 1950 in Taylor County, Kentucky the son of Hubert Thomas and Minnie Killion Thomas. He was in the National Guard and was a member of the Eagles Lodge. Mr. Thomas was retired from Essex Manufacturing.

Mr. Thomas is survived by his daughter, Samantha Mullins (Billy) of Orleans, three grandchildren, Trevor Smith, Ava Caldwell and KC Mullins and two step grandchildren, Zoey Mullins and Wyatt Mullins. He is also survived by his 4 legged companion, Roscoe. 

Mr. Thomas is preceded in death by his wife, Margie Thomas, his son, Roy Thomas II, his brother Ronald Killion and his sisters, Sherry Killion, Vickie Killion, Sharon Miller, Sylvia Fleenor and Mary Carty. 

Services for Mr. Thomas will be held on Friday, March 13, 2026 at 2:00P.M. at Weathers Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 11:00 until the time of service at the funeral home. Burial will follow the service at Crown Hill Cemetery.
