Ruby E. Humphrey age 99 of Campbellsburg passed away Sunday, February 12 at her home.
Ruby was born June 15, 1912 in Washington County the daughter of Lyman and Laura Blanche Maudlin Stephenson. She was a member of Mt. Tabor Christian Church and Ladie's Aid. She was a former cook for Vernon Township and West Washington Schools.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Roger Humphrey, a brother: Harold Stephenson, three sisters: Leo and Opal Chastain and Fern Zink, a great-granddaughter and her parents. She is survived by six sons: Lyman Chastain, Roddy, Donald, Jerald, Harold an Dean Humphrey, a daughter: Martha Nixon, 22 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
