Russell Ferrell Fultz

Russell "Rusty" Ferrell Fultz, age 74 of Salem, passed away on Thursday, July 9, 2026 at Keepsake Village of Columbus. 

Mr. Fultz was born October 25, 1951 in Indianapolis, IN, the son of Dr. Roy Lee Fultz and Mary Jane (Pollock) Fultz. He spent many years working in law enforcement and probation and he loved fishing. He was a professional fisherman who traveled in the Bass Master Tourney's across the United States and loved hunting.

Mr. Fultz is survived by his wife, Kris Fultz, his daughters: Michele Ford (Mike) of Palmyra, Brandy Pollock of Salem, Kami Ervin (Matthew) of Edinburgh, his sister, Judy Hedrick (Kirby) of Cora, Wyoming, his grandchildren: Devan, Austin, Seth and Lakin Jerrell, John, Nathan and Sean Bacha, Lili Ervin and Evan and Oliva Newberry and 9 great grandchildren.

Mr. Fultz is preceded in death by his parents.
