Mrs. Ruth M. Kettrey age 105 of Winter Haven, Florida passed away Thursday, October 3 in Winter Haven.
Mrs. Kettrey was born May 7, 1908 in Little York, Indiana the daughter of George Otis and Mae Stout Gamble. She was a Baptist and a retired Lab Tech for Alcon Research Laboratory.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Herbie Kettrey, two sons: Elmo Leroy Kettrey and George William Kettrey, a daughter: Eula Kettrey, her parents, two brothers: Harold and Woodford Gamble, and four sisters: Frances Mullen, Annice Henry, Lois Henry and Lorraine Savell.
She is survived by two sons: Donald Kettrey of Winter Haven, Florida and Ron Kettrey of Mansfield, Arkansas, a daughter: Marjorie Crawford of Winter Haven, 18 grandchildren and several great and great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2:00PM at Weathers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Bunker Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 11AM-time of service.
