Samuel Levi Holstine age 18 of Salem passed away Tuesday, July 1 in an accident on State Road 160.
He was born January 12, 1996 in Fayetteville, Tennessee the son of Mike Holstine and Stacy Nicholson.
He is survived by his mother: Stacy Nicholson of Salem, two sisters: Jamie Burlington of Campbellsburg and Amanda Godfrey of Salem, grandparents: Greg and Katie Nicholson and Margie Wingler, nephews: Lennon Godfrey and Jackson Fourman and a niece: Lilly Wills. He was preceded in death by his father: Mike Holstine and grandparents: Kenneth and Janet Holstine.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday at 5:00PM at Delaney Park with Bob Holler officiating.
