Mrs. Susan Carole Lackey age 53 of Salem passed away Sunday, September 22 at her home.
Mrs. Lackey was born June 28, 1960 in Cook County, Illinois.
Susan was a Registered Nurse and employed by Paoli Health and Living.
She is survived by her husband: Joseph Lackey of Salem. They were married November 16, 1978.
She is also survived by two sons: Jesse Wayne Lackey of Salem and Jeremy A. Lackey of Scottsburg, a brother: Roger Parks of Chicago and a grandson: Castro Lackey. She was preceded in death by her mother and a brother: Jeffery Parks.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
