Terry W. Lewis

Terry W. Lewis age 85 of Salem, passed away on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at St. Vincent Salem Hospital. 

Mr. Lewis was born January 2, 1941 in Campbellsburg IN, the son of Forrest Lewis and Ellen LaVaun (Stone) Lewis. Mr. Lewis is an Air Force veteran. He served from 1960-1964 and then later retired from USPS. He was also the owner of Tropical Lounge. He was an avid golfer, a quail hunter, a lifelong farmer and enjoyed woodworking. Mr. Lewis was a member of the Westview Christian Church.

Mr. Lewis is survived by his wife of 65 years, Gwendolyn (Ducky) Lewis. his children: Timothy (Donna) Lewis, Ronda (Jeff) Bailey, and Robin (Jeremy) Likens, his siblings, Sandra (Leroy) Smith, Larry (Linda) Lewis, Kathy (Mike) Huff, Debbie (Larry) Agan, his grandchildren: Kyle (Heather) Bailey, Terry (Jennifer) Bailey, Joshua (Jessica) Lewis, Jason (Kiki) Lewis, Kelsey Likens and Sydney (Tyler) Miller and finally his great grandchildren, Parker, Caitlyn, Miles, Ryker, Colton, Caleb, Ella and Lucas.

Mr. Lewis is preceded in death by his parents, and his brother, Mike Lewis.

Services will be held on Saturday, May 23 at 2:00P.M at Weathers Funeral Home. Vistation will be held on Saturday, from 10:00A.M. until the time of service. Burial will take place immediately after the service at Mt. Tabor Cemetery.
