Mr. Tilman Ingram age 89 of Salem passed away Friday, July 4 at Meadow View Health Care and Rehab.
Mr. Ingram was born June 26, 1925 in Owsley County, Kentucky the son of Marlin and Nellie Baker Ingram. He was a retired logger.
Tilman was preceded in death by his wife: Louise Ingram. They were married August 24, 1946. He was also preceded in death by a son: David Ingram, a daughter: Linda Ingram, two sisters: Oma Brambel and Delia Wilfong, a half brother: Jim Ingram, two half sisters: Betty Jo Railey and Bonnie Jean Ors, a grandson and a great-grandchild. He is survived by two sons: Lonnie Ingram (Pam) and Wilton L. Ingram both of Salem, a daughter: Sandy Gross (Bob) of College Station, Texas, two half sisters: Mary Alice Huckleberry and Joyce Ann Brewer, 12 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1:00PM at Weathers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Scottsburg Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4-8PM and Wednesday from 9AM-time of service.
