Todd Elliott Brown

Todd Elliott Brown, age 59 of Salem, passed away on Monday, April 13, 2026.

Mr. Brown was born March 3, 1967 in Salem, the son of Donovan Brown and Marilyn Elliott Brown.

Mr. Brown is survived by his wife, Judy Walton Brown, who he married October 14, 1997. He is also survived by his son, Bradley Carey (Dana) of Salem, daughters: Julie Carey of Salem and Jennifer Smith of Salem, five grandchildren: Sakyia Feris of Clarksville, Miranda Smith of Salem, Jillian Smith of Salem, Allie Hamilton of Salem, Coleen Carey of Salem, and three great grandchildren, Anakin, Aria and Abraxas. He is also survived by his sister, Pam Brown of Salem.

Mr. Brown is preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers, Greg Brown and Sean Brown.

Cremation was chosen and per Todd's wishes, there will be no services.
