Virginia V (Cauble) Baynes

Mrs. Virginia V. Baynes age 90 of New Albany, passed away Monday, April 9 at her home.

Mrs. Baynes was born December 31, 1927 in Washington County, Indiana the daughter of Lotus and Mabel Davis Cauble.   She was a homemaker , retired Park Manager for Haines City, Florida and a former daycare assistant for Over the Moon Kiddie Care.  She was a member of Westview Christian Church.

Virginia was preceded in death by her husband:  Roy Baynes, two sisters:  Ivalou Starr and Frances Myers and a granddaughter:  Amber Baynes and her parents.

She is survived by two sons:  Troy Baynes of Jeffersonville and Robbie Baynes of Salem, a daughter:  Cathy Baynes of New Albany, two brothers:  Harold Cauble of Memphis, Indiana and Robert Cauble of Smithville, Kentucky, 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

There will be no funeral services.  Visitation will be Thursday from 4-6PM at Weathers Funeral Home.  Burial will be private in Crown Hill Cemetery.
