William J. "Billy" Atkins

William J. “Billy” Atkins, age 40, of Salem, passed away Sunday, January 23.

Billy was born May 8, 1981, in Salem the son of Bill and Stephanie Bush Atkins.  He was owner of Atkins Concrete.  He was a member of God’s Church.

He is survived by his parents:  Bill and Stephanie Atkins of Salem, longtime significant other:  Trish Davis of Salem, brother:  Steve Atkins of Salem, and his dogs:  Molly and Lucy.  He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents:  Roy V. and Dorothy Atkins, maternal grandparents:  Mary and Larry Cardwell and an uncle:  Larry Atkins.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1:00PM at Weathers Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Beech Grove Cemetery.  Visitation will be Monday from 4-8PM and Tuesday from 10AM-time of service.
