Mr. William “Mack” Gay age 78 of Salem passed away Saturday, January 2, at University of Louisville Hospital.
Mr. Gay was born January 21, 1937 in Anniston, Alabama the son of Howard and Macie Abernathy Gay. He was a Navy veteran and a former construction worker.
He is survived by his wife: Carla Maulden Gay, a daughter: Katrina Gay of Louisville, Kentucky, a sister: Louise Adams of Anniston, Alabama. He was preceded in death by a brother: Jerry Gay and his parents.
Cremation was chosen. There will be a memorial service Sunday, January 10 at 6 PM at Weathers Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 3-6PM.
