Zachary Bottorff age 7 of Salem passed away Tuesday, October 28 at 10:40AM at his home.
Zachary was born February 8, 2007 in New Albany, Indiana the son of Shawn and Tawny Hawes Bottorff.
He is survived by his parents: Shawn and Tawny Bottorff , brothers: Austin Bottorff and Kyle Waldridge, grandparents: Sheila and Rick Tatlock and June Bottorff, great-grandparents: Bob White and Art Conner, uncles: Eric Bottorff (Shannon) and Ken Hawes and cousins: Joshua and Damian Bottorff. He was preceded in death by a cousin and grandparents: Kenneth Hawes, Ray Bottorff and Delores Conner and great-grandmother: Norma White.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 1:00PM at Weathers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Blue River Friends Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 3-8PM and Monday from 9AM-time of service.
