Carolyn J (Collier) Williams

Ms. Carolyn J. Williams, age 81, of Campbellsburg, passed away Tuesday, January 5 at University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville.

Ms.  Williams was born April 22, 1939 in Washington County, Indiana the daughter of Bruce and Dorothy B. Slaughter Collier.  She worked for the US Census Bureau for 43 years.  She was a member of Smedley Church of Christ and Washington County Historical Society.

Carolyn is survived by one son:  Dewayne D. Williams of Campbellsburg, a daughter:  Diana Williams Allen of Greenville, Indiana, two brothers:  Roger Bruce Collier of Mitchell, and Maurice Leon Collier of Scottsburg, and two grandchildren:  Kara Cooper and Eric Voyles.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1PM at Weathers Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Claysville Cemetery.  Visitation will be Saturday from 11AM-time of service.
